Mylab Wins National Technology Award for its patented NATSpert® ID Triple Detection Kit
Mylab is bestowed with the prestigious ‘National Technology Awards’ for its indigenous and patented technology, NATSpert® ID Triple H Detection Kit, by the Technology Development Board, Department of Science & Technology, Govt. of India. The award comprised Rs. 25 Lakh cash and a trophy.
Early screening is crucial in preventing the transmission of transfusion-transmitted infections (TTIs) such as HIV, HBV, and HCV, which pose significant risks during critical stages. Unfortunately, inadequate testing has been a limiting factor in several cases of TTIs.
NATSpert®, a qualitative multiplex real-time PCR test that effectively detects and distinguishes these infections in donated blood, earned Mylab the prestigious Award.
The award is a recognition of Mylab’s visionary work and their contribution to innovative technological solutions for the betterment of the public domain.

Mylab’s Global Innovation Centre (GIC) Completes One Year
Mylab’s Global Innovation Centre (GIC), India’s most advanced Innovation Centre for diagnostics, celebrated its 1st anniversary on 27th July 2023.
Last year, GIC was inaugurated by Dr. Cyrus S Poonawala, the Chairman & Managing Director & Mr. Adar Poonawala, CEO of Serum Institute of India. Spread over 42,000 square feet, the Center is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and comprehensive research capabilities, empowering research scientists and engineers to bring ideas to life.
