Work Profile –

• To Maintain the Laboratory’s Quality System
• To involve in Research, identify, and test processes to improve formulations and technologies to create products.
• To Create written and oral reports to convey findings, recommendations, and safety information.
• To Maintain chain of custody and proper storage for samples, performing general lab duties to meet standards.
• To trouble shoot instrumentation and applications relating to real time PCR
• To work independently in term of experiment design, execution and analysis
• To generate test specification for quality control of molecular diagnostic products.
• To perform analytical investigations and analytical problem solving, in support of quality control activities.
• Perform and document corrective action, including follow up monitoring to gauge the effectiveness of the corrective action
• Writing/reviewing specifications and methods of analysis along with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). To Generate of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications,
• reports, Quality manual,
• To attend internal and external audits.
• Responsible for technology transfer of the real time PCR products to Manufacturing unit.
