Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Data Storage

We receive data input into the Apps and CoviSelf Web Portal (user ID and password) before it is securely transferred and stored in cloud servers, which are located in India. We have implemented appropriate security measures and controls to protect personal information.

Information Collected while Using the Application

While using Our Application, in order to provide features of Our Application, We may collect with your prior permission:

• Pictures of the test device from your device’s camera and photo library.
• We write files to external/internal storage of the phone when you take a photo of the test device.
• We read files from external/internal storage of the phone when you view your previous reports.

We use this information to provide features of Our Service, to improve and customize Our Service. The information may be uploaded to the Company’s servers or it may be simply stored on your device.

You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through Your Device settings, But doing so will not allow you to take photo of the test device and we’ll not be able to tell you your test result.

CoviSelf / Mylab will use the personal information you provide through CoviSelf / Mylab Website / apps to respond to your questions and to provide you with efficient customer service. After you have entered personal information into a form or data field on a CoviSelf / Mylab Website / app, CoviSelf / Mylab may use certain identifying technologies to allow that Website / app to “remember” your personal preferences, such as sections of that Website / app that you visit frequently and, if you choose, your user ID. We may also use this personal information to offer you the opportunity to receive notifications regarding CoviSelf / Mylab or its affiliates products or services or to invite you to participate in surveys about our products.

• To report the results to ICMR or any other regulatory body as required per the law of land at that time.
• We Keep/store details when the User contacts CoviSelf directly for information.

CoviSelf / Mylab may consolidate the personal information of customers who use CoviSelf / Mylab Website / apps. We use this information to help us better design CoviSelf / Mylab Website / apps and CoviSelf / Mylab products, to communicate information to you, to enhance our marketing and research activities, and to facilitate other business functions.

Retention of Your Personal Data:

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Children may be tested using Mylab CoviSelf APP, under proper guidance. At any time, a parent/guardian may stop the collection of a child’s personal information, including health-related information, by contacting CoviSelf involved in COVID19 testing and requesting that the account be deleted. This action will delete the account associated with the child, but CoviSelf will retain aggregated and de-identified information and may need to retain certain personal information as required by law.

You may request to remove your personal information from our current customer records or to amend your personal information. Please notify us of your wishes by contacting us in one of the ways specified below. For our record-keeping purposes, we will retain certain personal information you submit.

Deleting Your CoviSelf APP Account

If you would like to delete your CoviSelf APP account, you may do so by contacting us at care@mylabglobal.com. Please be aware that if you delete your account, we will retain aggregated and de-identified information and may need to retain certain personal information as required by law.

Without prejudice to your rights under applicable law, we reserve the right to update and amend this Privacy Notice without prior notice to reflect technological advancements, legal and regulatory changes and good business practices to the extent that it does not change the privacy practices as set out in this Privacy Notice.
